Only catch: browser has to stay open while it transcribes. Works in 98 languages, figures out who said what, sticks timestamps on everything. Exports as TXT or PDF.
Pro version is $10/month if you need it. Does an hour of audio in 30 seconds via cloud. Most people won't need it though.
I was actually building something just like this. A SaaS to replace CapCut's subtitle feature. Had the whole subscription thing figured out. Free tier with 2h/day of browser Whisper, paid tier on cloud API. Then Openclaw showed up and it never launched.
